My specific area of interest is in the field of education. It is the reason why I chose to
train as a teacher during my undergraduate studies. I also enjoy reading and learning new ideas
whenever I get an opportunity. Besides, I chose this area because I have a passion and interest in
teaching. As a teacher, I like passing new ideas to students as I prepare them to be future leaders.
Also, I love transforming the lives of people through education. Teaching learners eliminate
ignorance and also enables learners to live a good life in future. Ultimately, I chose the area
because I have confidence and the desire to serve the public well. Therefore, I can pass new
ideas and knowledge. The knowledge will also improve my critical thinking skills thus enabling
me to solve complex problems in the institution.
My past education and professional experience will enable me to succeed in my graduate
program. My previous training will be essential in this program because I will use my
qualifications to transit to the next stage. As a teacher, my professional skills will serve as
guidance throughout my studies. The ideas I learnt during this time will help me to comprehend
the content taught in this graduate program. Additionally, my past education will help me to
understand my strengths and weaknesses as I pursue the degree program. It will enable me to
take advantage of my strengths and eliminate my shortcomings during the program. Moreover,
my professional experience as a principal will also be resourceful in my studies. A course in
educational administration and leadership requires some experience in leadership. My leadership
and administration skills will be useful during the program. I will use my teamwork skills to
organize group discussions hence enabling me to learn new ideas. Previous experience will be a
good foundation that will assist me to succeed in my graduate program. My passion for

At the end of the graduate program, I intend to broaden my knowledge and skills on
leadership and management. After that, I can use the skills to improve my administrative skills.
Another aim is to obtain sufficient knowledge on administration. The experience on leadership
will help me to manage others and solve challenges amicably when they arise. The measure will
assist to decrease conflicts within the organization thus resulting to success. In addition,
excellent leadership skills will help me to influence people to work as teams instead of working
in isolation. The step will assist in propelling the institution to greater heights. At the end of my
studies, I also want to understand the content taught in class. It is because I will use it in future.
Passing my exams will enable me to attain the Master's degree qualifications. I also intend to
broaden my critical thinking skills at the end of my studies. The skills are vital for anyone who is
in a leadership position. It is because it assists a leader to understand how people think and act in
particular situations within the institution. The graduate program will help me to attain my long-
term aspirations in future as follows:
The program will be vital for me for purposes of individual satisfaction. It is because I
have always admired to have a master's degree during my lifetime. Therefore, I will achieve
personal satisfaction by attaining the degree. The degree will also enable me to get a promotion
in my workplace. For instance, the degree might be accompanied by a salary increase. The
degree program will enrich me with new leadership skills. It can also enable me to transit from
my current position to a more senior position. For instance, become a lecturer in one of the
universities within the jurisdiction of Canada or elsewhere in the world. Also the program will
give me an opportunity to use my leadership and administrative skills to train future leaders. It is
