Career Plan
My short-term goal is to get a good education from university for the rest of my life. University
gives me to develop my strengths and overcome my weaknesses, and gives me the opportunity to
do internships in different countries. This is the next goal. I will get good experience, knowledge
and ideas from practice. This will help me to get a job, to use the experience gained in a foreign
job or in my own country. My next goal is to finish university. And with this knowledge gained
opened my first business. I do not know exactly what kind of business I will open, it depends on
the country and whether my services will be in demand or not. This is my next short-term goal.
My long-term career goal is to finish university (VUM). I will finish my university in two years.
And I will get at least some work experience. I'm going to work as an intern in another country
for 3 months. And I will find out how the job is organised. Then I want to come back to my
homeland (Kazakhstan). Then I want to work in Kazakhstan for two years. I will work in a bank
or in companies as a manager. To get work experience. Gaining work experience is a very
important part of the job. It will help me to find a similar job in a bank or in another branch
(bougalterie, mathematics teacher etc.). And at the same time, I will study German and take the
b2 test. Then I will start looking for a university in Germany. I am going to get a master's degree
or a new degree in engineering or mathematics in Germany. In order to achieve this goal, I
started studying German 6 months ago and am continuing to do so.
I worked as an administrator for 2 years. I am Stress tolerance, I can win over the person and
logical think. I think this skills help me be good worker.
Stress tolerance is the most critical characteristic of the manager. During the working day, he
needs to interact with a vast number of individuals, solve different conflicts and cope with
circumstances of tension. Thanks to stress tolerance, a successful boss is able to avoid external
effects, though his job process always takes place under tremendous psychological pressure.
The ability to make people feel at ease and make contact relies primarily on how they interact
and behave. In the process of their jobs, supervisors have interaction with both superiors and
subordinates. Based on the case, it should be possible to implement a different form of contact. If
the manager is in a position to develop connections and make myself known by his subordinates
and superiors.
I know 3 language (Kazakh, Russian, English, and learning German and Spanish language).
According to different estimates, learning two or three languages contributes between 10% and
15% of your income. And if it is applied properly, it will turn your life around. There is nothing
wrong with proposing a new position with a pay rise of many times as long as you know the
language.
I have a good command of Word, Power point, Exel. I took the experience in a bank (Alfa Bank)
when I studied in college. I was the assistant loan officer there. I worked in the bank 3 month. I
think that’s all. Thank you for checking my work

Online profile
First site: linkedinn.com
The main reason and strength of this three sites is the number of people who are using it. The
more people there are, the more chances you have of finding job offers and potential robots for
your business.
LinkedIn is a U.S.-based online service focused on businesses and employment, operating
through portals and smartphone apps. Launched on May 5, 2003, the site is primarily used for
professional networking and helps job seekers share their resumes and employers share job
openings. As of 2015, most of its revenue came from providing access to its members'
knowledge to recruiters and sales professionals. By December 2020, LinkedIn had 760 million
registered users from 150 countries.
LinkedIn helps users (both employees and employers) create accounts and "connect" with each
other in an anonymous social network that can represent real working relationships. Members
can invite anyone (both existing and non-existing) to become a "linkinn."
I think linkedinn is the best platform for finding workers and jobs. Because linkedin has 500
million users and covers over 150 countries. Another strong point is the user-friendly app.

Second website is Indeed
Indeed, a global U.S. career listing website was launched in November 2004. It is a division of
the Japanese-based Hire Co. Ltd., based in Austin, Texas and Stamford, Connecticut, with
additional branches around the world. It is also an example of a vertical search as a single topic
search engine. It is currently available in more than 60 countries and 28 languages. In October
2010, Indeed.com overtook Monster.com to become the most viewed job site in the US.
The platform compiles work listings from thousands of websites, including job boards, workers
companies, unions and business job pages. They raise income by offering luxury job openings
and revert to employers and recruiting firms. In 2011, in reality, it began encouraging job-
seekers to apply directly for jobs and to provide re-posting and storage. One of the best reason is
many people use this website. I think the more people there are, the more interested parties and it
will be easy for you to find a job
Third website is Glassdor.com
Glassdor is a forum where current and retired staff anonymously assess companies. Glassdoor
also helps people to upload and access wages anonymously, as well as to browse and apply for
jobs on its platform. In 2018, the company was purchased by the Japanese firm, Hire Holdings,
for US$1.2 billion. The company is based in Mill Valley, California, with additional branches in
Chicago, Dublin, London and São Paulo. The company was co-founded in 2007 by Tim Besse,
Robert Hohman, CEO of the company, and Expedia, founder of Rich Barton, chairman of the
company. The idea came from a brainstorming session between the two of them, where Hohman
relayed the storey of unintentionally leaving the results of an employee survey on the printer
while working at Expedia—when the two began to think about what would have happened if the
results had come out to the public.
The two speculated that if the material had indeed been revealed publicly, it may have been a
service to those trying to make job decisions. The company's headquarters were located in Mill
Valley.
