The professional goals in this case are the successful completion of my
masters in human resource management from United Kingdom, the participation in
the Gust University as the teaching assistant, the establishment of a beauty
salonand the achievement of knowledge in Psychology.

Specific: The participation in the masters course in human resource management
from an university of United Kingdom.
Measurable: The human resource management is a study where the management of
the total workforce is the top most priority and under such situation the assessment

members of the organization is much needed for the managers inside the
organization. In this case, the managers of the multinational companies will face

Realistic: The participation in the Gust University as the teaching assistant will be
notably realistic in the achievement of my wish of serving as the teacher. The job
role that I will serve at Gust University will be same as my wish of serving as a
teacher.

achievement of my wish of charitable work. This will be realistic as i will do it for free
and this will be instrumental in developing the society.

Specific: I will join rehabilitation centre to prevent myself from smoking.
Measurable: The success will be measured by the evaluation of the number of
cigarettes that I am taking per day.
