The improvement of the employability skills significantly depend on the
achievement of the success in managing the loopholes of an employee. The
efficiency and the self-confidence of an employee increase with the ability to
overcome the usual drawbacks of that employee (Miller and Bauman 2014). The
paper is focused in specifying my professional and personal goals. These goals are
significant in expressing and practicing what I love to do and along with that, the
paper provides the method of achievement as well.

Professional Goals:
The professional goals in this case are the successful completion of my
masters in human resource management from United Kingdom, the participation in
the Gust University as the teaching assistant, the establishment of a beauty
salonand the achievement of knowledge in Psychology.
Goal 1: Successful completion of my masters in human resource management from
United Kingdom.
Specific: The participation in the masters course in human resource management
from an university of United Kingdom.
Measurable: The human resource management is a study where the management of
the total workforce is the top most priority and under such situation the assessment
of the different backgrounds, cultures and societal values of each and every
members of the organization is much needed for the managers inside the
organization. In this case, the managers of the multinational companies will face
such situations where they will experience cultural differences and cultural shock as
well. Hence, being a student of Dublin previously, the masters course completion

from United Kingdom will be significant for me in order to understand the variation in
the aspects like the power structure, the long term orientation, indulgence and
masculinity. Hence this will help me in my profession.
Achievable: The achievement success in the proper evaluation of the differences of
the people between Dublin and UK will be decrease the difficulty in achieving the
mentioned goal of achieving the masters degree.
Realistic: The achievement of the understanding of the different culture and
background which are required in completion of the course is significantly realistic
with my choice of the country for the course.
Time-bound: The achievement of the goal will take 1 year at least.
Goal 2: The fulfilment of my wish of operating as a teacher.
Specific: The participation in the Gust University as the teaching assistant.
Measurable: The success of the activity will be measured by the comments of the
students whether they understand my teaching. At the same time, with the contract
extension or expiry from the part of the management of the mentioned university, I
will be able to measure my success in achieving the goal.
Achievable: The achievement of my goal of serving as a teacher will be achieved
with my participation in the university as the teaching assistant.
Realistic: The participation in the Gust University as the teaching assistant will be
notably realistic in the achievement of my wish of serving as the teacher. The job
role that I will serve at Gust University will be same as my wish of serving as a
teacher.
Time-bound: The completion of the activity will take 2 Years.

Goal 3: The fulfilment of my passion in the beauty and skin care service industry.
Specific: The establishment of a beauty salon.
Measurable: The success of my wish will be measured by the evaluation of the
revenue that my salon will generate. Along with that, the comments of the customers
of my salon will be of great significance in order to evaluate my success a beauty
and skin care provider.
Achievable: The establishment of my beauty salon will help me in serving as a
beauty and skin care provider. Hence the activity will be significant in achieving the
goal.
Realistic: The activity is realistic in the achievement of my goal of serving as a
beauty and skin care provider as the establishment of the salon will make sure that I
get the chance to serve people in this aspect. The customers who will come to my
salon will require the beauty and skin care treatments and that will provide me the
chance to achieve my goal.
Time-bound: The activity is expected to be completed within 2 years.
Goal 4: The achievement of knowledge in Psychology
Specific: The reading of several books of human psychology.
Measurable: The measurement of the success will be conducted by evaluating my
ability of applying my learning of psychology to the daily situation in multi-national
company, in my teaching profession and in the salon as well.
Achievable: The collection of the knowledge in human psychology will be
significantly achievable with the reading of the books and researches of it.

Realistic: the reading of the books of psychology will be realistic approach for
gathering the knowledge of human psychology as the books will be able to provide
me important information regarding that.
Time-bound: The knowledge in human psychology is expected to be achieved within
6 months.
Personal Goals:
The personal goals of mine are some wishes that I want to fulfil and some
drawbacks of mine that I want to overcome. The 4 personal goals of mine are
participation in charity work, stopping my habit of smoking, adaption to a healthy life
style and worship of god.
Goal 1: Participation in charity work.
Specific: I would like to collaborate with the Irish Red Cross Society in order to help
them in their charitable work. I would like to donate money to the organization. I will
try to teach the refugees in Ireland and at same time, I will have a similar approach
towards the prisoners as well. I will undertake the rescue operations and will try to
help in the community support services. I will also consider the search operations of
the missing families for people as one of the important activities for my goal.
Measurable: The success will be measured by my rate of participation in such events
and at the same time, the amount of money that will be donated will be major
success criteria for me.

Achievable: I will collaborate with the mentioned organization for the charity works
and the wide range of activity that the organization takes part in, will help me in the
achievement of my wish.
Realistic: The plan of the participation in various rescue operations, donations and
the plan of the teaching to prisoners and the refugees of Ireland will be realistic in the
achievement of my wish of charitable work. This will be realistic as i will do it for free
and this will be instrumental in developing the society.
Time-bound: The activity will be completed within 1 Year.
Goal 2: Prevention of smoking.
Specific: I will join rehabilitation centre to prevent myself from smoking.
Measurable: The success will be measured by the evaluation of the number of
cigarettes that I am taking per day.
Achievable: The prevention of my bad habit of smoking is notably achievable with
idea of spending some time in the rehabilitation centre.
Realistic: The idea of spending few days in the rehabilitation centre with a strict
guideline of not smoking will be notably realistic for the achievement of the
avoidance of smoking.
Time-bound: The activity is expected to take 21 Days.
Goal 3: Adaption to a healthy life style.
Specific: I will join gym for increasing my fitness and will work on a strict diet in order
to maintain a healthy life style.

Measurable: The success of the activity will be evaluated by assessing my fitness
after joining the gym.
Along with that, the evaluation of the foods that I am taking will also be a critical
success criterion for accomplishment of the healthy life style.

significantly in range for the people joining the fitness activities and doing the regular
exercises in the gym.
Realistic: The plan of joining the gym will be a notable and realistic step in order to
lead a healthy life style and maintain the physical fitness.
Time-bound: The completion of the activity will take 6 month.
Goal 4: Worship of god.
Specific: I would like to visit the Mecca for the purpose of Hajj.
Measurable: The success of worshiping god will be measured by my ability to go
there and take part in the annual Islamic pilgrimage.
Achievable: The activity will be significant in the achievement of my goal of
worshiping god.
Realistic: The plan of going to the annual Islamic pilgrimage will be notably realistic
for the achievement of my goal of worshipping god.
Time-bound: The activity will be completed within 5 years.
