I have decided to pursue my study on educational leadership. Because I want to know so
many things about educational leadership such as social work with an opportunity to advance my
skills in educational organizations and also human resource development. Several leadership
programs support me to further studies in related disciplines. In the master degree course, I also
know deep in understanding of different theories in organizational behaviour, and how the
impact of the aspects in educational organizations. The program helps me to familiarise myself
with a variety of issues in management and how the problems relate to improvements in society,
education systems, and the economy.

In graduation, I learnt about oral and written communication skills. These skills help me
to back with research techniques obtained throughout the program and to link with the job
market. I learnt Key information such as academic writing skills in the graduation program.

I hope I serve as leaders in local school or institutions and government institutions after
completing graduation. I hope I must serve graduates to work in leadership roles such as
secondary school principal, vocational education coordinators, primary school principal,
curriculum coordinators, technology coordinator, assistant superintendents and business
manager.

2STATEMENT OF PURPOSE-MASTERS IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP
This particular graduate program at the University of Regina helps me to fulfil my long
term aspirations, and objectives, such as I improve my teaching skills, administration jobs are
also available, I earn more money with an advanced degree and enjoy increased job permanency.
The classes I will take on my way to receiving my advanced teaching program will make me a
professional on the teaching process. I will learn how to convey my expertise to my students
more efficiently. All schools from primary to university want to provide the best education,
which means institutions are ready to pay extra for the most qualified teachers or professional
available. My aim is achieved a four-year college degree from the University of Regina. I
completed my master degree, so I expect to earn high for as long as I choose to be a teacher. As
part of a growing industry, teaching is one of the most stable jobs in Canada. The Labor
Department says within 2022, post-secondary teaching positions will increase 15 which is higher
than any other jobs. Part of the future increase is due to different scopes in online education.
When the enrollments started, then there are needs for qualified teachers. Competition for well-
educated teachers will be paid higher salary. With a Master's degree in Educational leadership, I
could apply directly to an administrative position, which would allow me to have a good
impression on more students. Administrators have the power to change, modify and develop the
rules and regulations. I can choose the kind of teachers I like, sit in on classrooms to notice how
teachers handle their class and students, analysis lecturers and give suggestions that will improve
the students' learning atmosphere.
