Employability skills is a ability and efficiencies that is possessed by individuals
that are working in business organisation. The selected company that is taken in
this report is National Health Service organisation that supply health care
facilities like primary care, long term health care, dentistry and many more.
This report highlight the diverse types of employability skills that include
effective communication, interpersonal, team work etc.

Solutions to work based problems
and its evaluation
There are many work based problems which an organisation faces on daily
basis and superiors used different tools and methods in order to overcome
those problems. Some of the problems which I have seen in NHS are

Communication is an important process that involve exchanging of
information between two or more parties. There are different styles of
communication that help communicating to peers and superiors. These styles
are used to communicate at different levels of organisation. A proper
communication should be there between parties so that a particular issue can
be solved without any problem.
