For keeping, getting and being successful in a job, some skills are needed and
those skills are employability. Employability skills plays a key role in employee's as
well as organization's growth. But it is considerable that every job needs different kind
of job roles and responsibilities and consequently, different kind of employability skills
are required. Here, in this section the roles of employability skills on HR manager
section has been explained. Also, the ways of improvement of employability skills are
explained in the current scenario. Further, work based problems with solution is also
discussed in this study.
TASK 1
1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives
With a view of a HR manager job, there are some specific roles and
responsibility required to be attained in efficient manner and these functions might
affect the operational system of organization. Being a HR manager, my functions and
responsibilities are related to the effective recruitment in case when firm is planing to
enlarge its business, assessing the need of resources at the time of development of firm,
enhancing skills and abilities of workers, etc. Ability tests and effective interview
sessions for candidates should be conducted to hire skilled and deserving person. It is
significant for me to conduct some really good training programs to boost up the
abilities of employees. Also, I need to plan different activities which involves the
improvement of organization.
There are different important steps which are necessary for employees to attain
achieve their goals. It includes a proper communication channel between the
departments and within the employees so that information can be shared effectively.
Also, my way of communicating with the different level of employees of organization
should be appropriate and effective. I should plan some activities which include
communication between lower level employees and high level authorities to attain the
set goals of company. Ahead, the performance objectives are related to satisfaction of
employees. Further, I should introduce organization with the advanced technology
which will help in boosting up our performance.

As a HR manager, I have been able to justify my job role by providing effective
contribution in the growth of Tasco. And, according to the recent performance
assessment it was evaluated that my performance was effective. My major strength
includes effective recruitment procedure, which is a key factor in development of an
organization. I have clear goals towards success. I take roles and responsibilities given
to me by high level authorities and attain them on time, thus I have good time
management skills, which makes me a quality employee. Further, I have ability to create

help- me to a greater extent in improving my presentation skills. Also, I should work on
monitoring skills, as appropriateness in directing the employees makes you a better
leader. For attaining better monitoring, a bit strictness is required for making operational

with the advanced technical equipment for effective work, training sessions can be
conducted for this. Digital skills should be introduced by firm to the employees. For
managing interest of workers in their respective job profiles, timely activities like small
parties, gatherings, events can be organized. Reward system can be implemented, which
