Employability skills supports an individual to accomplish task and responsibilities of job
and make advancements in career growth (Mendler, 2015). Present report is based on Primark
which is a leading fashion organization of UK. The report describes about time management
strategies that can be used in the company and methods of communication for solving work
based problems have been described. In addition to that identification of a work based problem
and solutions for resolving the problem have been mentioned. Moreover, roles played by staff
members at work place are explained and analysis of team dynamics has also been done. Other
than that other ways for completing a task has also been mentioned.
