creating necessary recommendations and review quality performance motivational techniques.
Further, report will emphasize on work based problems by dispensing relevant solutions and
identify strategies of time-management. It will communicate problems occurring in Travelodge
through formal letter. Moreover, employee induction pack will contain team importance for
sharing similar goals by analyzing team dynamics effectively that suggest alternative methods
for accomplishing goals and tasks. Lastly, report will develop methods or tool for providing
solutions related to labour turnover by explaining business impact in context to Travelodge.

1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives
Employer always displays job specifications regarding vacancies in organisation. It is essential
for employees to maintain dignities through their objectives of skills and responsibilities for
setting higher standards. It prepares employee to focus on organisational challenges. I have been
working in Travelodge as HR manager that defines my role such as planning, recruiting, hiring,
interviewing etc (Moss, 2018). Based on my job, objectives of performance and prior
responsibilities consist of:
Own Responsibilities
As HR manager, I must ensure about my capability of establishing indirect and direct
relationships within campus that includes customers as well as my employees.
Adaptability is important to determine business crisis and change according to upcoming
circumstances and preparing employees to get adjust and follow the change initiated in
organisation.
Awareness of employment rights will benefit entire team members to identify their rights
within organisation which will be conveyed by me through guidelines and policies.

job rotation, promotion etc that will provide idea to management for conducting training

In above task, I have developed my performance and responsibilities for achieving Travelodge
objectives that consist of dispensing best services to business travellers with signature king size
bed, speedy Wi-Fi, bumper breakfast etc. It is beneficial for me to evaluate my own effectiveness
by eliminating desired objectives that includes the following:
It is necessary for me to have active participation in organisation’s procedures and
policies as HR manager (Peeters, et.al, 2017). For grabbing this objective I will be
requiring to initiate new policy frameworks for existing and new employees.
I must aim to retain competent and skilled organisational employees by using tools of
motivation through performance appraisals that aids in empowering employees morale
that will boost productivity quality.
