management for the purpose of enhancing the progressive level of work. As a training manager
at Travelodge, I need to set my personal goals and performance objectives in order to analyze
own strength and weakness (Charmaz, 2012).

education so as to convert action into ideas. It also considers the aspects of evaluating
threats at first (Main, 2012).
Performance - As a training manager, I need to develop my performance with the
management of time and also consider need to revise the development plan through
support from colleagues and other executives.

utilization of human skills and enhancing their knowledge. This will help in developing positive
work culture across the organization and setting performance objectives for each individual in
order to improve the quality of service (Lotko et al., 2016).
