Skills are an essential aspect of a person with which they can define a suitable position in an
organization. Employability refers to the capability of an employee so that they can contribute to
accomplishing desired goals and targets. This report is all about employability skills concept
which needs to undertake in context of Travelodge case study. This assessment will be going to
cover the certain responsibilities of a person which enhance their performance. Along with this, a
description will be defined to develop interpersonal and transferable skills. Further, this report
will be covered the dynamics of working with others for maximizing the ability aspect of a
person in a relevant manner. A case assessment will be held which state a problem. Thus,

HR manager of a company with certain performance objectives:
The initial responsibility of the HR manager is to interact with all individual at the
workplace. This responsibility arises at a personal level so that HR can understand each
individual properly and assign work as per their capability. This sort of personal
responsibility is essential for HR manager of Travelodge for maximizing satisfy

I am a good communicator which works as a strength for me to accomplish desire target.
This skill is helpful for me to enforce the team towards the target assessment. As an HR
manager, I have to define these targets in front of a team so that they can work in a

personnel. It is essential for management to use appraisal criteria so that understanding of
every person becomes possible. This will be going to help an organization to accomplish
desired goals and targets properly. This will be resulted to maximize production and
productivity of every single individual at the workplace.
Another recommendation on which management has to work would plan process. It is
essential for management to define a checklist to every leader and manager of a

the various individual. Thus, such area is required to improve by the management of

communication error and difference between the team. It is essential for an organization
to use relevant steps so that communication errors get controlled. One of a solution for
managing communication error is to organize a team meeting on weekly basis as well as
use ICT methods to communicate. In this context, WhatsApp group, a local server of
companies, a formal chain of communication can be used.
Time management for task execution: Another problem which is listed in Travelodge
management associated with time (Chin and Chia, 2016). Many tasks not get completed
due to poor time management and lack of coordination among teams. Thus, leaders need
