of HR manager to resolve issues and problem by providing appropriate training sessions to staff
personnel (Tate, et. al., 2017). In the Travelodge, HR manager plays a very important role to
motivate employees that will directly improve the sale margin as well maximize the level of
profitability. By motivating employees this organisation can deliver high-quality customer
services to satisfy their customers. By following different own responsibilities and performance
objectives HR manager of Travelodge can achieve organisational goals and objectives.
It is important for the HR manager of the business organisation to treat all employees equally
without making any kind of discrimination among them. The initial responsibility of the HR

that they work properly to accomplish them. As an HR manager in Travelodge, I have to
evaluate my own efficiency level for achieving the desired target and to motivate employees and
subordinates in the workplace (de Guzman and Choi, 2013). There are some of my own
effectiveness aspects that assist to accomplish best outcomes in the proper way. Some of them
are examined as follows:
I have great decision-making skills that aid me to grab new opportunities and reduce issues in the
organisation. With the help of this skill, I am able to make a clear and right judgmental decision
related to employees so that staff personnel able to perform allocated work and duties in the most
suitable way to achieve set goals.
I am great communicator through which I can easily identify both negative as well as positive
points of employees that assist me to attain desired outcomes in an effective manner. As an HR
manager, it is necessary for me to communicate developed plans, strategies, goals, objectives,
and vision to employees in a very clear and simple way so that they understand them without any
misunderstanding. By using communication skill I can easily motivate employees towards the set
goals and objectives.
The above mentioned are various steps that are carried out by me for achieving set goals and
objectives of the organization. Travelodge will able to maintain long term growth and
sustainability in a tough competitive marketplace if these steps will be going on track.

treated as assets of the company who can give the best ideas and views for the

better than them.

appraisal techniques in the workplace. By improving salary and bonus payment of
