The following report focuses on importance of employee induction in the modern workplace.
Employee induction is the procedure of welcoming newly hired employee and helps them to get
familiar with the new role and along with the working environment of the companies. Employee
induction helps a new employee to get settled in the workplace and become familiar with their
colleagues as well (Patel, 2020). The following report demonstrated importance of employee
induction. Along with this various steps of employee induction is also being discussed in this
report. Various importance of employee induction in the modern workplace is also being
described in this report.
Employee induction
Employee induction is the very first step of the organisation to welcome their newly recruited
employee so that employees can feel stress free at the newly workplace. When the employees get
induction program then they also feel privileged and valuable in the organisation. Employee
induction is being done by the human resource management of the company so that at the time of
induction human resource management can provide all the necessary details about the plans
policies and working conditions of the organisation. So that newly employees do not have to face

and using various technology which is being provided them by the organisation they can fulfil
their work. Another importance of employee induction in modern workplace is that it save the
valuable time and money of the organisation and helps the organisation to increase the turnover.
