of the work effectively the loyalty of the employees is the must. As the loyal employees will not
manipulate the work done at the workplace. They will focus on their interest and perfection for
the achievement of the company goals.
In context to above, (Gore, 2013) depicted employee loyalty is necessary because the
satisfaction level of the customers is directly related to the employee loyalty. The satisfaction of
the customers can gain by rendering high-quality services to the customers. These services must
attain their needs and demands so that their motive of getting a product or services can be
achieved. However, in this situation employees plays an imperative role because services offered
by them will have the ultimate impact on the profitability of the company.
The relationship between the work life balance and loyalty of employees
As per (Hoobler and Johnson, 2014), work-life balance and loyalty of the employees are
interrelated with each other. If an employee can manage his work and life, then he will be able to
focus on work effectively. This will have positive results for the employees and the organisation
as well. In addition to this, it will also create a sense of trust and loyalty towards the company.
On the contrary to this, (Harvey and Allard, 2015) explained that, if the employees are not able
to make a balance between work and life then it will affect their loyalty. They won't be able to
give their 100 percent towards the company which will ultimately affect the company operations.
Recommendations
From the above review, it can be recommended that work-life balance is related to the
employee loyalty. However, the management of SSP needs to focus on providing assistance to
the employees so they can make a balance between the two. The organisations can provide them
flexibilities regarding holidays, finance and work from home. So that they will be able to manage
their work and personal life in an effectual manner. In addition to this, the management needs to
motivate the employees with the help of incentives so that it will increase their interest and
loyalty towards the organisation.
Research Methodology

proposal.
