which can hamper their overall business process (Chang 2016).
Valentinos is currently not investing in any type of new technologies.
Existing information system of Valentinos is outdated, and there are no staffs who
are associated with the maintenance of it.
The overall process of matchmaking takes a high amount of time which increases
the waiting time for the customers. It can hamper business process of Valentinos
(Hill and Brierley 2017).
Opportunities:
In the UK there is a total of eight million singles who are looking for a new
relationship. Thus, the UK is a big potential market for Valentinos as they can get
70,000 new users yearly.
The overall number of mobile phone users are gradually increasing they believe in
the online kind of relationship (Wang, Xiang and Fesenmaier 2016).
Threats:
The system of Valentinos is based on the online platform, so threats of the data
breach is always present (Solove and Citron 2017).

Economical:
The current economy of the UK is quite high, and it is currently a developed
country (Christophers 2019). So, there should be no affordability issue with this
service for the majority of the peoples.
Social:
In social network also, the peoples can find new peoples for the matchmaking
purpose, which can affect the overall revenue of the Valentinos.
As per the report of the UK Government unemployment rate in this country, about
4% (Chen and Hou 2019). As they are not related to any kind of services, there is
a high chance that they will be using the services offered by Valentinos.
Technological:
In current time almost everyone is having a smartphone and a proper internet

It means that most of the peoples will be able to use the services offered by

protection (Woods 2017). The GDPR is having several of bounds which can
create implications for Valentinos regarding how they store and use the personal

Project Vision Statement: The project is undertaken with the purpose of making profit
from mobile application. This mobile application will allow members of Valentinos to user
services it provides. Valentinos wants to achieve competitive advantage through incorporating
ICT into business. In terms of business vision, the organization aims to provide better quality
service to members and promote its high quality service in social media. Organization wants to
automate its business processes so that tasks can be done accurately in less time. Lower cost
margin will allow Valentinos to provide many discounts to user which in turn can generate loyal
customer base.
