A just society must provide equal opportunity for those with the interest & talent
In my argument, I support the fact that any given just society should offer equal level
opportunities to those who show interest and talent. Giving the opportunity to the relevant
individual who shows an interest or talent in any given task or activity within the community is
the best step that society can take for its development (Anderson 595). Giving the equal
opportunity to the individual who shows the interest and talented in any given event within the
community is one of the best ways society can nature its people and show the purpose of better
progress.
Giving equal opportunity to those who show interest and talent is a way of motivation. It
will be motivating way to the individuals showing various capacities to perform a task in the
most effective way within the society. It tasks a community sacrifice as well as motivation to the
individuals who have some unique capabilities (Rawls 48). Through offering equal opportunity
to that individual will be a way to motivate their performance. Actually, for the individual who is
offered an equal opportunity as a factor to nature their talent and field of interest tend to perform
better than they expected. It takes society a responsibility to offer what it can for the betterment
of the individuals with talents and interest in certain fields.

It is a way of nurturing the individuals within the society who show some interests and
talents by offering those equal opportunities to exploit their ability and capabilities. Different
individuals within the society will have the capacity to offer the best than others within society.
For the purpose of nurturing those individuals, society should offer equal opportunities and
support. This can be done by supporting the individuals financially or even trough advice on the
best way to plan their objectives.
It is a way of expressing justice to individuals with talents and interest. A just society
should be incapability to offer the opportunities to their individuals who have talents and interest
without showing any form of favoring one side or even bias. All the individuals with talents with
interests and capability to perform different tasks within the society in a specialized way should
be treated in an equal way and offered equal chances to exploit what they have. It is true that
different individuals will show different talents or interest (Albee 891). A just society does not
overlook some of the talents. It should focus on nurturing both individuals without looking on
the perspective or conditions under which each individual is specialized in.
In conclusion, it takes society a sense of justice to realize each individual with various
talents and interest in any field within the society is of equal importance. The individuals are
supposed to be treated in equal measure for the purpose of showing equal concern on the groups.
As discussed in the argument above, it is one of the best ways under which the just society can
show its level of justice to the individuals who exhibit different levels of talents within the
society.
