Towards the reaction regarding the subject of the vegetarianism, I personally illustrate
the importance and the significance of taking a non vegetarian pattern of diet. According to
the survey by the state, the rate of the healthy people as per the dietary requirements are still
under debate, according to my personal insight that the consumption of meat has been one of
the most humane and healthy options whereas the vegatables are also consumed tends to case
same problems from the enviornment that are homogenous regarding the meat production
(Ruby et al., 2016). The reports from the department of the Agriculture of United States
illustrated regrading the choice of the country’s peeope who are more reliable on the diet that
is non vegetarian that consist of chicken, pork and beef while more than 3.3% of the
individulas residing in the country and about 4% of the population belonging to the youth
straucture tends to reside over the diet that is vegetarian.
Three of the premises that have been illustrated in the website that has been slected
for the justification of my perspectives and the view regarding the opposing of having and
preferring vegetarian diet. These are follows. Firstly, the essentiality of the intake of the meat
tends to lie in the fact that meat has been researched as the most convenient source of the
protein that has been available due to the contents inside that includes essential amino acids
that generally forms the building blocks of the protein. Secondly, inake of meat is basically
not at all inhumane and cruel and is not unethical in nature since it forms the natural part of
the cycle of life of the eco system. Thirdly, the intake or use of meat is useful and essential
portion in the evolution of the race of human for somewhat more than 2.3 million years.
The major three premises that tends to oppose the position regrarding the essentiality
of the intake of the food that is non vegeterian on the daily diet is as follows. On the first
point, majority of the vegetarian belive that vegetarian diet includes all the nutrition and the
protein which is required for health essentiality and benefits (ProCon.org., 2019). It is
furthermore highlighted that certin of the studies by the association of diet regarding the

benificiality and the effectiveness of the vegetarian diet that is esily avaliable, the controversy
that has been raised duly compete any of the non vegetarian diet over the category concerning
the intake of protein. Next the debate that raised due to the debate that human anatomy has
evolved to the effective support regarding the dietary supplements that consists of the food
that primarily vegetarian in nature. In this perticular context, most of the vegetrain initiates in
stating that the individuals in the current generation do not consist of mouth, hard teeth and
clear sharp claws similar to the carnivorous .Furthermore human do not the liver that can
detoxify the excess amount of Vitamin A and the diet that is based on meat (Rosenfeld,
2018). On the final basis. The perspectives of the vegetarian opposes the position related to
the fact that the vegetarian people believes that it is unethical and cruel for killing the animals
in the need of food where ther has been the choice of the food that is vegetarian in nature.
The two of the major types of the biases that can be related and illustrated in this
perticularcontext.
One includes the bias for the non vegetarian food is the affection for the meat due to
the fact that majority of the Americans love pork and beef and also the right of the free choice
of eat falls under the fundamental right. Furthermore it is also to be understood that it is not
necessary to become a vegetarian for the lowering of the environment footprint (Leitzmann,
2014). This is due to the vegetarian diet that consist of the dairy products, the drive SUVS,
the unhealthy products. It is furthermore belived that the action of the individual that initiates
in making the differences. Towards the respect to the context of the biases against the diet
which is non vegetarian, one of the considerable factor is the cruel and the unethical slaughter
of animal and for the options of food where the options of vegetarian is available. The death
and the slaughter of the nais is thus unnecessary.

Thus is also evident from the above discussion that my perspective regarding the topic
of the choice among the vegeterian and the non vegetarian diet initiated furthermore altered
after the initiation of the playing of ‘the game of the believing’, even though my personal
stand and my position of following the non vegetarian diet has remained the same.
