INTRODUCTION
For a company it is essential that they must conduct those practices and operation which
help in satisfying customers at high rate. In respect of budgeted hotel, it is essential for them to
enhance their quality of services as that will help in improving the customers satisfaction in
effective manner (Gelbrich, Hagel and Orsinghe, 2020). The hotel selected for respective report
is Smart Hyde Park Inn which is conducting their business as the budgeted hotel. The aim of
conducting this report is understand impact of enhancing service quality for improving customer
satisfaction in budgeted hotels in UK market area. This will also include several ethical
consideration related to project like scientific integrity, social responsibilities, respect for the
autonomy and many more.

To investigate the impact of enhancing service quality for improving customer
satisfaction in budgeted hotels in UK market area. Case study of Smart Hyde Park Inn.
Research objectives
 To determine different ways that could be consider by company for enhancing the level
of customer satisfaction.
 To analyse the benefits that could be attain Smart Hyde Park Inn hotel by improving
services quality.
 To evaluate the strategy that will be helpful in increasing services quality of business in
order to improve customer satisfaction level.
Research Methodology
 Research approach – It is considered as method which is adopted by a researcher in
order to decide which types of information they required in order to conduct their
research work in effective manner (Schwartz and et.al., 2020). It is essential for
researcher to understand and select most appropriate research approach for their project.
In respect of this research researcher is selecting both quantitative and qualitative
research approach. It is so because they want to evaluate both numerical as well as non
numerical information related to topic.

 Research design – It is considered as the technique or method which is adopted by a
researcher for conducting research in effective manner. There are several types of
research design which is adopted by researcher such as survey, correlation reviews,
experiment and many others (Andrade and Andersen, 2020). In respect of respective
research, project manager is adopting survey research design as that will help them in
gather more authenticate as well as reliable information. Moreover in respect of this they
so survey with questionnaire.
 Research methods – It is considered as source through which researcher gather
information related to topic of research. There are main two types of research methods
from which researcher select according to their requirement i.e. primary data and
secondary data. In respect of respective research project manager is adopting both
primary and secondary data, in which primary information is gathered through
questionnaire. On the other hand, secondary is gathered from already exist information in
the form of article, journals and so on.
 Participants – It is considered as audiences who are selected by researcher in order to
gather information in more ethical and reliable form. In respect of respective research,
researcher of adopting simple random sampling as through that they able to provide equal
opportunities to all audiences. The sample size selected by research is of 30 respondents
as well as they are the employees of Smart Hyde Park Inn hotel.
 Validity and reliability – The information gathered by the researcher is validate as well
as reliable because they collect it from the authenticate sources as well as they also
evaluate it in the effective manner. Moreover researcher, also provide proper training to
their team members so that they gather information that are more authenticate as well as
reliable to the topic as that will help in attaining the desire goal and outcome successfully.
 Data analysis – It is considered as procedure of transforming as well as modelling
information for discover the information in more effective manner. Through this
researcher of the project able to gather more authenticate as well as reliable information
related to topic (Kraus, Breierand Dasí-Rodríguez, 2020). In respect of this research
researcher is adopting questionnaire method for analysing data in effective manner. In
this they gather information from respective company employees and then evaluate it as
well as interpret for generate more authenticate outcome.

Ethical considerations
While conducting the research researcher need to consider several ethical consideration
as that will help in ensuring the authenticity as well as reliability of the information in effective
manner. In respect of this research, researcher ensure that individual as well as communities
autonomy, privacy and dignity are considered by the members in effective manner. Moreover,
they also ensure that scientific integrity in the project, it is so because through that they able to
ensure the source of information are authenticate as well as it also help in ensuring that outcome
will be gain effectively (Hammack-Aviran, Brelsford and Beskow, 2020). In addition to this,
researcher of the research also ensure the social responsibilities as in respect of this they ensure
that any person or community will not get harm. Moreover they also ensure that all the work are
conducted in effective manner by valuing every one dignity as well as integrity who are involve
in the research project work. Along with this researcher also insure that they able to maximise
benefits for the team members, organization as well as others who are connected to research. On
the other hand they also develop decision related to minimising the harm to any person or their
aspects. By these ethical considerations aspects researcher able to ensure the reliability,
authenticity as well as effectiveness of the research. There are several principles which need to
be considered by researcher while conducting research work, below some of the principles are
mentioned below:-
1) the respect for the autonomy ,privacy and dignity of individual and communities – According
to this, it is essential for a researcher to respect for autonomy ,privacy and dignity of individual
and communities. In respect of this researcher not force any person to provide their person and
deep information.
2) scientific integrity – In respect of this it is essential for the researcher to follow all aspects for
developing and maintaining integrity of the work. This is so because that help in gathering
information which are authenticate.
3) social responsibility – It is responsibility for researcher to take care of social responsibility
according to which they must gather information in proper manner without hurting any person
believe, value and so on.
4) maximizing benefit and minimizing harm – It is also principle of researcher it is essential for
them to gather those information which is beneficial for them. Moreover they also need to avoid
aspects which is harmful for firm.

CONCLUSION
By conducting analysis of above mentioned topic it can be determined that there are
numbers of ethical considerations aspects need to determined by the researcher while conducting
the research. It is so because that will help in ensuring the authenticity as well as reliability of the
research and information used in it. The ethical considerations will include aspects like scientific
integrity, social responsibilities, respect for the autonomy, privacy and dignity of communities as
well as individual, maximising benefits and minimising harm aspects and many more.
