INTRODUCTION
In the present era, internet marketing plays a very crucial role in the context of business
through which it can gain large numbers of customer attraction. In a simple word E marketing is
electronic marketing under which company uses various electronic platform in order to sale its
product and services and earn profit in the market (Guffey and Loewy, 2012). In this manner,
corporation can use various channels or medium like internet, mobile phone, social media,
email , computers etc. It is a best way through which firm can attract large number of customer at
a single time. The following project report is going to evaluate the use of social media platforms
such as face book, twitter etc.
TASK 1
Critically evaluation and justification the use of social media channels to market product and
services in the market
Netflix is a multinational entertainment corporation which has founded in 1997.Its main service
is to provide online video, DVD and various television programs by internet. It has successfully
grow its business in the film production and television production Its main objective is to deliver
high quality of entertainment services to customer and gain large market share and profitability.
In order to attain this objective, company has started online distribution of its product and
services by use of online social media channels like Face book, YouTube, Twitter etc (Gurau,
2008). Following are some internet strategy through which cited venture has gained the large
attraction of customer on the internet in order to market its product and services-
Netflix has relied on its own digital campaign on the internet through which company
has gained the large number of customer attraction. On the face book, YouTube and
twitter , cited venture has created its own webpage where its disclose all information
about its programs and channels. Customer can easily view the list of programs on the
web page.
Cited venture has establish its won web page on the internet and various social media
channels like face book and twitter. On these channels, company has offered hyper
specific content to customers through its ‘Recommendation option”. With the help of this
option, customer can put their review related top services (Jones, 2016) This will help
company in identify customer suggestion, views, opinion related to company and
according to these recommendation, firm can meet the expectation of customer and
increase its sales in the market.
Netflix has launched various online episodes on the social media channels like house of
cards, making a murderers, game of Thrones, Daredevil etc. This strategy provides

effective success to the cited venture in the social media and it has earn the large
customer attrction by delivering various online episode and serials at internet. In order to
launch the show of house card, company has planned a a few additional social
communication for a week after first hit. It has a great way to provide fans a cause to
speak about its trademark..
Once many brands play a very crucial role on the various channel of social media then
cited company decided to grown in the different approach so by taking on a unique
character and tone on its social posts, it have done a huge work in differentiate
themselves in the various social media channels and run the best customer engagement
programs on the internet.
One another online strategy of cited venture is hashtag #Netflix and chill which has
started to blow up on social media at where million users can share their weekend and
date night plans.
After this strategy on the internet marketing, company has decided to start releasing all of
the seasons episodes at once. It was a great move that started with company original
series House of cards but it was continued with another famous episode that is orange in
the new black and Marvels Jessica Jones.
As per the above discussion it can be said that Netflix company is very popular entertainment
company which have huge efforts done on the social media channels in order to gain good
will and customer attraction. With the help of You Tube, Face book, Twitter, company can
earn the maximum profitability and market share as compared to other entrainment
companies.

In the context of modern marketing, social media play a very crucial role .In the present
era, marketing has changed due to the demand of customer and changing technology. With the
help of internet, business enterprise has developed a new concept of marketing under which not
requirement of wholesaler and sales representative. Company can directly get touch with
customer by use of various internet platforms (Mitic and Kapoulas, 2012). As per the modern
marketing concept, company delivers product and services according to customer demand rather
than the seller has made. Under this concept, demand of customer is put on the top priority for
business. As per this concept, customer are treated like a GOD for the company so it is very
important to develop high quality product which can provide high customer satisfaction. For this
