credit markets, capital markets, commodity markets, and insurance markets. This majorly
consists with various elements like tin, oil, coffee, product markets, gold, consumer electronics
and markets for motor vehicles. Away with this, globalisation may also consists with different
elements like technology, spread of products, jobs across national borders, cultures and different
data. If it is talked about economic terms, there are interdependences across nations in all over
the world, where free trade mainly takes place.
Including this, it is also said that due to the factor i.e. globalisation, living standards got
improvised of various nations that are looking forward to develop in a continuous manner. There
are increase among job opportunities, improved access to products along with services, and
modernization are some of the crucial elements that can be seen due to globalisation. On the
other hand, it is also said that globalisation consists with motives that are much more unique and
idealistic, as well as opportunistic, but improvement among free trade has directly given various
benefits to corporations, which are looking forward to perform business at international level.

innovations in all over the globe.

The term, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is said to be one of crucial regulating

basically being done for fulfilling the requirements of both stakeholders and of public as well, in

organisation to develop stronger bondage among goals of the company and employees, it could
effectively boost the morale of staff, helpful in improvising the living standards of public and it

Among different nations, over the years many agencies, has prepared different voluntary
standards in regards to fulfil the needs of public and stakeholders of a company. In the same
way, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has also set number of voluntary
standards, which helped organisations to implement corporate social responsibility. This has
helped firms in meeting the ethical values that are linked with the social issues. Considering the
CSR, a business organisation could effectively improve overall standards of living, and resolving
the issues that people goes through every day. Away with this, CSR activities helps in making
the whole scenario much more visible and successful for a business corporation, as the more
responsibilities, it will be required for firms to carry out different number of standards in regards
to the ethical behaviour to develop good image in all over the world.

The vital reason behind developing the Ban the Box, which is an effective national
campaign is to ban employers from asking questions regarding an applicant’s criminal history on
initial job application forms. Basically, there are ample number of cases that came in front
where, promotion done by various lawyers in regard to individuals (applicants), who were
having criminal records (Doleac and Hansen, 2018). The reason behind this was, it directly
impacted negatively upon employment scale of United Kingdom and of other nations as well,
which raised many concerns as this affected the economic conditions as well of different nations.
Including this, it has been identified that Ban-the-box laws and policies aim to remove the stigma
associated with previous convictions and give all applicants a fair chance at employment.

has given ample number of arguments where laws in regards to ban-the-box unnecessarily has
