INTRODUCTION
Globalisation can be describe as a process of implementing business operations in
different part of the world. This is very helpful in attracting more customers towards business. It
is responsibility of business to full fill their social responsibility and provide right and accurate
products to customers. This report is divided into four part and each part consist of questions
such as globalisation or effectiveness of corporate social responsibility. This consist on reasons
of ban the Box and dying be legal.
MAIN BODY
What is globalisation?
Globalisation can be define as a procedure of conducting business operations at global
market area. In this company needs to spread its business operations in various parts of the world
in order to increase its performance as well as productivity (Mackinlay, 2013). Globalisation is a
business process in which company distribute its products to different customers as well as using
technology to conduct business activities in more effective and efficient manner. In globalisation
different markets of global economy is integrated which leads to interconnection of political and
economical factors of different nations. Globalisation has various positive as well as negative
impact on organisations. Benefits of globalisation for a company is to improve its work quality
by using new and innovative technology for conducting business operations in more effective
manner. When company is conducting business operations in different parts of world there is
advantage of using foreign direct investment. This will help in growth and development of
business. Globalisation will help in hiring and selecting new and talented employees for
completing business operations. This increase the chances of recruiting capable and highly
skilled employees within organisation. This will lead to enhance productivity as well as
profitability of company (Hoffmann and Kumar, 2013). Companies which is operating at
different parts of the world they will be able to enhance their economy of scale. Globalisation
will support business in achieving different opportunities that is available in global market
environment.
How effective is corporate social responsibility?
Corporate social responsibility is very effective for business as it help in developing
positive image in customers mind. It is responsibility of company to full fill their social

responsibility as they are taking various important sources of society. Corporate social
responsibility consist of different activities that helps in organisation to be more social
responsible (Grayson and Hodges, 2017). It is important the company is completing their
responsibility towards stakeholders and public. Business are taking various raw material as well
as other sources from the society so it is essential that company provide right and appropriate
products to customers which does not have any harm to society. Effectiveness of Corporate
social responsible is mention below in detail.
This will help in improving the image of company in market. Customers will develop
positive image of company who is conducting different corporate social responsibility in
order to full fill needs of society. CSR activities are effective in creating and building
strong public image.
This is an effective method of brand awareness as well as conducting marketing activities
(Armstrong and Green, 2013). Company can increase its brand image as well as improve
its market values in market.
Company will be able to attract more and more customers towards business as well as
help in earning more profits. Corporate social responsibility is an effective method for
attracting more and more customers towards business and help in gaining trust from
customers.
Why should companies Ban the Box?
Ban the Box can be describe as a national campaign that is specially designed to ban
employees from asking various questions regarding an applicant's criminal history in the initially
job application form. This campaign is developed with the motive of providing opportunities for
the people who are conviction to complete their job in effective manner (Agan and Starr, 2017).
Companies should ban the box in order to attract more and more talented employees within
organisation. This is a national program of UK in which companies are providing fair and equal
chances of recruitment. This is a fair chance of passing employment within organisation as well
as hiring more skilled employees to conduct business operations in more effective and efficient
manner (Solinas-Saunders and Stacer, 2015). In order to hire right and capable employees with
in business company should ban the box.

Should assisted dying be legal?
There are some who are in favour and some are in against of assisted dying to be legal.
People who are in favour of assist dying to be legal are mostly physician or doctors (Noble,
2013). Those people who are in favour of assisting dying to be legal support that individual have
to right to take decisions of the matter of their death. It should be their own will and they should
have proper right to take this decision. People who are in against of dying are because of moral
values and ethics (English and Ribeiro, 2018). They believe that dying is not a solution to any
problem and a person should not take this step. This decision will not only affect that person but
it will have impact on other lives also. So dying should not be legal.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that globalisation is a very crucial part of
business as it help in conducting business operations in more effective and efficient manner.
Each and every company should conduct different CSR activities as it helps in attracting more
and more customers towards business. Ban the Box is an effective campaign for providing right
and fair opportunities to business. Government should not legal dying as it will have huge
negative impact on other individuals also.
