emotions. In quantitative research, researcher use the various tools like mathematical, statistical

2015). In the above research, researcher has used the qualitative method to gather the data and
evaluate the performance of the human resource manager in Money gram business.

interpret and analyse through the various steps to get the final result. Different approaches are

researcher used the inductive and deductive research approach. In inductive research approach
researcher used the well-defined premises to generate the untested conclusion. In deductive
approach researcher test the validity of their assumptions. In the above research they used the
inductive research to achieve the objective of research through the research questions and aims.

variables in the research problem. It defines the type of study like the descriptive, analytical,
experimental etc. Most of the researcher use the descriptive and experimental research design in
the research project. In experimental research design research experiments like analyse the
human behaviour by addressing different situation or experiments on different objects to finalize
the result. In descriptive research design researcher observe and describe the human behaviour.

behaviour of 25 HR managers due to the globalization.
Research philosophy:
Research philosophy refers to the belief of the researcher about the various ways in which
it collects and gather the data from the different sources. There are 2 kind of research philosophy
positivism and interpretive philosophy. In positivism philosophy researcher believe that the
variable are stable, and they can be described and observed from an objective viewpoint. In
interpretive philosophy researcher use the subjective view to interpret the data. In the above
research, researcher use the interpretive philosophy to interpret the views of 25 managers
regarding the impact of globalization (Effects of Globalization on Human Resources
Management, 2018).
Sampling:
Sampling is the method of collecting the data for conducting research. Sampling help to
reach the adequate amount of information and choosing the respondents for the research. Mainly
there are 2 methods to select the sample for the research. In probability sampling sample from
the large population are chosen and on the basis of the sample research design should be
conducted (Silverman, ed., 2016). In Non probabilistic sampling researcher give the equal
chance to the all to the population. In this research project researcher use the non-probabilistic
sampling technique and select the sample through the random sampling. Scholar has selected the
25 human resource managers for the research.
Data collection:
After selecting the sampling for the research the next step of the researcher is to think
about the data collection (Passas, 2017). Data collection is the process of collecting the data from
the different authenticate sources like the web page, journals, books etc. There are 2 methods to
collect the data primary and secondary method. In primary method data are collected at the first
hand or directly from the respondents. In secondary method researcher used already available or
published data like the data published in newspapers, financial reports etc. In the above research
project researcher used the primary method to collect the data. Scholar selects the 25 HR
manager to conduct the research on them (Merriam, and Tisdell, 2015).
Data Analysis:
Data analysis is the process of transferring the data into the useful information to carry
behaviour of 25 HR managers due to the globalization.
