This report presents a qualitative analysis of the impact of globalization on the performance of Human Resource (HR) managers, focusing on the Money Gram business. Employing an inductive research approach and descriptive research design, the study examines data collected from 25 HR managers. Key themes explored include the tenure of managers within the company, the perceived positive effects of globalization on business, increased competition in recruitment and selection, ethical impacts such as shared values, and improvements in selection processes. Furthermore, the analysis investigates the influence of technological changes on work efficiency, the challenges of cultural diversity, and recommendations for induction programs. The findings highlight globalization's multifaceted effects on HR practices, providing insights into both the benefits and challenges faced by HR managers in a globalized business environment.
