1. Executive summary
Globex Corporation that has expanded the business through establishing three different
offices in Albury, Grifith, and Wagga Wagga. The purpose of this report is to analysis the
feasibility of the report of establishing the new corporate network for Globex. Secured
and effective network would be helpful in enhancing the performance of the corporation
and providing effective and efficient services to the customers. The identified problem
for the establishment is the effective and secured communication internally and
externally. This report performs feasibility analysis based on the Telos frame in manner
to identify the practical aspects related to the establishment. This will be helpful in
effective communication between the different offices and contribute in the enhancement
of the performance of the organization.

2. Introduction
The purpose of this report is to perform feasibility analysis on the needs and requirements
of those needs to be established within this setup. The aim of the report is to present the
aspects related to the enhancement in the network structure of the Global Corporation
that has been not updated with the latest technologies and needs to be transformed using
the latest technologies. This will be helpful in presenting the secured network and secured
VPN that will be resulting in the secured exchange of information between the offices
established at different places. The proposed report analyse the establishment of the
Secured VPN, full mesh topology communication and HTTPS connection via internet.
3. Technical feasibility
Business requirements
The proposed network design will be allowing to make effective communication with
the two other office expansions. Better and enhanced agricultural services can be provided to
the consumers. Better, enhanced and efficient communication and exchange of information
can be accomplished. It will allow the Globex to utilize the cloud services in better and
effective manner.
Functional requirements
Effective communication, smooth exchange of information between the offices, real-
time data collection and execution are some of the basic functional requirements. Secured
connection will be needed for securing the data or information being exchanged. Enough
storage of data or information. User can be connected to the network using mobile devices or
any other computer systems.

Non-functional requirements
The proposed system is scalable as many users can be connected to the network and
every staff can access the data or information according to their access level. Compatibility is
another factor, as the network should be connected in any device in manner to access the data
or information stored in the network. Flexibility is another non-functional requirement as the
user should be allowed to enter the network as many times as he or she wants to.
Technical requirements
Implement the effective and secured communication network between the sites and allow
them to communicate in effective and secured manner for the accomplishment of the
operational activities. The proposed system can be implemented within the existing IT
infrastructure of the can be implemented without any extra effort as an upgrade to the existing
system.
4. Economic feasibility
Business requirements
This will be enhancing the overall output and performance of the organization through
establishing the effective and secured communication and data exchange method. It will be
mobilizing the current operational activities and boosting them for the enhancement in the

Proper and effective agreement will needed to be managed in manner to legally
implement the network that will be complying according to the policies of the Globex. All the
legal agreements should be complying with the business strategy in manner to meet the
objectives and goals of this network establishment.
Functional requirements
Router and network distribution should be made according to the agreement made
with the telecommunication company. The bandwidth and network strength should be high in
manner to provide unstoppable connection for all the centres. The database and file storage
actions should be complying with the existing policies of the Globex.
Non-functional requirements
The established network will be providing the secured network of high bandwidth with
crossing any policy agreements with the government and the company itself. There should not
be any congestions in the network or any downtime; at least the established network will be

providing 99% of the traffic without any congestions allowing every staff to access the
network.
Technical requirements
High quality standard routers those will be helpful in distributing the network without
any issues. The fibre cables will be used for the distribution of the network within the work
place enhancing the speed of the internet and establishing better and effective communication.

Business requirements
The proposed solution will be helpful in meeting the objectives and goals of the
organization through providing an efficient and secured network. This will be resulting in the
smooth flow and exchange of the information and thus, resulting in the enhancement of the
performance of the Globex.

The IT infrastructure will be easily compatible with all the devices those can be
connected to the network and there will not be extra effort on upgrading the previous
infrastructure. Third party services will be helpful in ensuring the proper and effective
establishment of the new infrastructure.

It could be easily upgradable and compatible with all the devices. It can be effectively
incorporated within the every expanded office providing network connectivity within the
offices and resulting in the proper and efficient flow of the operational activities. It should be

8. Conclusion
Based on the above report it can be concluded that the project is very feasible within the
existing IT infrastructure of the organization. The feasibility analysis have been
accomplished in successful manner the proposed solution is very much feasible within
the organization considering the enhancement in the performance of the organization.
