The stress at workplace can cause several symptoms among the employees. The management can
identify the level of stress in the organization by observing the symptoms among the staffs. For example,
excessive stress can cause different physical symptoms such as headache, backache, neck pains, skin
problems, diarrhea, indigestion, sleep disorders, eating disorders, migraine, asthma, high blood
pressure, reduced immunity power, skin problems and the ulcers (Hammer et al., 2018). The stress level
