TASK 2
AC 2.1 Evaluate current skills ability and learning style based on SWOT analysis and Honey and
Mumford Learning Style
Questionnaire.
SWOT analysis based on learning style:
STRENGTHS (S)-
Learning style is important phenomenon in learning new things. My strength is good
communication dealing with people. Communication skills are required for quick learning of
new things in HSC.
WEAKNESSES (W)-
My weakness is having emotional stability which always hinders me in accomplishing goals. The
lack of emotional stability sometimes results in frustration to me (Cottrell, 2015). I am looking
forward in filling these lacking areas with stability in it as it is required in this field.
OPPORTUNITIES (O)-
I always try to grab the opportunities which came forward to me so that i can enhance
my learning skills which is required in HSC for delivering the best services to patients by taking
care of them in effective way. I try to make feel comfortable to the people whatever be the
circumstances. I always give my level best to take carte of them.
THREATS (T)-
People who try to damper my enthusiasm is the threat for me. They develop negativity in
my behaviour towards caring patients in healthcare. They try to develop negative environment
which is the biggest threat to my personal and professional learning skills (Beeftink and et.al.,
2012). I always try to make those negatives in positive energies by converting them in the
opportunities for my development in learning skills.
