 Health and social care organization provide some
health related services to their patients.
 Language dilemma is one the barrier which is faced
by the people and due to this patients will not be able
to get proper treatment.
 The research project is based on Willington Hospital
which offer health services to their users.

Research objectives
To identify the effectiveness of language dilemma in
Wellington hospital.
To determine the factors which affects the treatment
of service users in health and social organization.
To assess the impact of language dilemma on the
services of people that they are consuming at the
workplace.

Data analysis
 It is a kind of process which is used by researcher in
order to analyze the data which is gathered from
different respondents.
