INTRODUCTION
The business organisations are mainly concern towards achieving their goals and

growth for company through adopting various activities that are beneficial for social growth and
welfare. Problems are unwanted and they can arise at any place, so so for overcoming issues an
organisation adopt various approaches which are more effective in resolving the issues and
conflicts. Government also play an essential role in providing support to CSR activities in
respect of acquiring growth for firm as well as society. The present report is based on the study
about Holiday Inn hotel which is famous for its high quality luxurious goods and services which
are offered by the hotel to their potential consumers who are willing to taking the advantage of
luxurious products. This report contents the study about the cited aims and objective of firm that
help in reaching at final result. An effective management plan is important for every business
organisation in order to manage and control all business activities. The technique of data analysis
has to be used in most effective manner just to measuring the final result and output.

famous for providing its high quality goods and services. They are focuses on implementing

the market place through offering best and high quality services to their consumers who are
interested to taking advantage of firms. It is necessary for firm to establish goals and objectives
for firm in order to carry out business activities in a right direction. Holiday Inn always concern
on resolving issue and conflicts that are arise at work place and affect the all business activities ,
so for this firm create an effective backup plan to face the problems. Holiday Inn Hotel adopt
most appropriate strategy of marketing for the purpose of effective utilisation of resources for
attaining basic objective of firm with the help of their employees and staff members.

business activities in well planned and effective manner through implementation of each
operation in appropriate way. Some major aspects are their which helps in establishing an
effective management plan are described as under:
Cost: It is most essential element of any kind of business enterprise, it can be considered
as the amount which is spend in every business activity. It is most required thing for
business purpose. CSR activities are helpful in increasing social wealth for public and
society. It is essential for an organisation such as Hotel Holiday Inn to have an
appropriate flow of funds and capital in respect to implementing all organisational
activities in systematic manner. Some activities are cost consuming in nature so it is
important for Holiday Inn to keep potential capital and funds. The appropriate amount of
cost is around 6 million dollar which is effective in conducting all business operations in
effective way. Scope: The establishment of business activities are helpful in generating various

and success at market area. Quality: It is necessary for every firm to work on their quality aspects because large
number of consumers are attract towards high quality services. Holiday Inn use various
tools and techniques in order to serve high quality goods and services to their potential
customers. In this modern era people are very much concern about the quality of product
rather than the price, so it is essential for Hotel Holiday Inn to provide high quality
products and services in respect to satisfying the needs and wants of buyers at market
place. Communication: It needs to be effective in firm for efficient implementation of all
activities that are essential for organisational growth and success. It is a major
responsibility of firms manager to transfer each data and information on department in
