INTRODUCTION
Business analysis and planning is all about to identify the collection of tasks that need to
be finished and also make sure that it efforts of this process are successful. These task are,
stakeholder analysis, manage business performance and effective communication planning etc.

In the nursing care, it is analysed that there are variety of services which nurses provided
to their patients and thus the demand of different patients varies as per their needs. Basically
nursing home care involves room and board services, monitoring of medication, personal care
which includes dressing, bathing and toilet assistance, 24 hours emergency care and many social
and recreational activities (Erens and et.al., 2017). Therefore, the demand of services are actually
depend upon the needs of people. Generally, it is assumed that most of the children leave their
parents. Thus, at that time, most of nursing care home provides them shelter and also provide
them food and nutrients which help to provide better care. Therefore, it is analysed that these are
more in demand because of offering good quality of care to the old age people or children. In the
same way, after analysing the services, it is plan to deliver services in a care home of 50
vulnerable residents who are placed in services but they receive only £1,200 per week from
social services. In addition to this, the current business plan will assist to provide best quality of

Moreover, the study also state that there are approximately more than 4 lack people who
live in care homes in UK (Walley, Found and Williams, 2019). Further, these old age people are
in between 65 to 70 years and also the percentage of living in care home is increases up to 16%
with an age of 85 and above. It is analysed that is is a increasing concern about levels of
loneliness among older people and reports of a growing generation such that almost half of 22-35
years old did not spend their time with aged people whose age is 65+. thus, it is consider one of

sector, all the old age people actually wants extra care from the person around them and that is
why, nursing care are established. The nurses working in care home provides proper care and
take care of their diet as well, such that make sure that blood pressure, temperature, heart rate
and breathing rate is normal and if old age people need extra care, nurses also provide the same
as well.
Moreover, it is also analysed that these facility is actually cheaper and that is why, around
70000 care homes spaces are needed in next 2025 in order to cope up the demand of people, who
