towards growth and development of society (Baiden and Price, 2011). For this purpose, a major
concept is identified which is recognise as CSR activity. The CSR stands for the corporate social
responsibility in which authority takes the initiative for all such problems and issues which arise
in society and create barrier in growth and development. By performing such sort of function,
management can establish sustainability in environment as well as they can gain competitive
advantage. This report is based on the Hotel ICON which provides a facility of proper
accommodation as well as free Wi-Fi and rooftop pool. In this assignment, management set some
aims and objectives which are associated with this service sector business. Also, it signifies
about the importance of CSR activity and its requirement to get implement. Moreover, by using

the task has get done. Management have to set a time period for attain all targets in an

get done within one month. Quality: Quality is signifies as the appropriateness of a project in which major thing
which identified is about how the project is effective to society. CSR provides benefit to
society in which they have to take care about society. Communication: Communication channel is consider as major thing which is helpful in
