Reflection of Human Resource Management and Training Program
Reflection is the activity that helps in analysing the internal facts about yourself that what
they though about particular subject. Reflection helps in identification of thoughts that a person

pursuing. Through related with the post graduation persuasion I got a chance to explore
one of the most prominent and valuable training development and other practices which
is part of Human Resource management that majorly allows to provides information and
valuable training practises which help to increase my professional knowledge in terms of
organisation, its structure and motivation for personal expectation from evaluated through
time which essential knowledge to better knowledge (Courtois , 2018). In that particular
training of Human Resources involves different type of managerial activities just as
evolve to relates for example : Recruitment and Selection, training and development,
employee engagement activities overall activities highlight within the presence in that
activity along with to explore my credentials and the training of Human resources
practise. I just connect with credentials to matching with that particular training, as I have
shared that this seminar is for me is to exploring who deliberately determines its to
gaining knowledge. The objective of seminar of managerial aspects that tend to involve
many learning outcomes which generates hige difference in between practical and
theoretical knowledges. After joininig my experience was quite intesting as well as I
deeply scrutinize that seminar asking optimising queries to better positive related

where individual and members in team must be in confidence behaviour or keep an
attitude which provide positive influence. In my training rounds of Human resources
assessment practise I was very nervous and thinking about different strategies as how I
will going to face off activities such as face interviews, general interviews, group
interview etc. One thing which I noticed in myself that I have strength to accomplish any
task, it just a matter of believeness in own self which is must because it makes individual
presence of mind more stronger as well as stable (Godden., 2017). I remembered when
first time was entering in interview room I got fear and hesitate to thinking about
continuously that how I can create impression in front of panels but on some situation I
got to face nervous which is pointed through panels. After session was over, each panel
were provides their personal feedback to every participants about their good and bad
performance. Therefore, I was got scorecard in which many negative as well as positive
remarks blows my mind where mixed feelings was generated in term of happiness and
doubtfulness. But my main focuses was to maintain my strength and improve my
weakness that would generate better development on my further assignments. By
received couple of feedbacks from different expertise, somewhere I felt quite guilty
which actually way to helps to think about how I can improve my self that increase
efficiency as well as weakness improvement to easily crack all over objectives
successfully.

Human resource management activities, each person who was member or involve in that
practises program of training each panel were evaluate individual marks on the basis of
their performance and how they can better understanding about situation in facing off in

activities which is driven in perspective of different situations where I gone through
various category in which my self assessment was in 50-50 proportion as favourable or

targets. But as I was getting myself confused because I evaluating my strength and
weakness as well as in every Human resource practises assessment is all need better

in that training session when I showed my better performance in soft skills round such as
Group discussion and personal interview round where I was accomplishing all level with
by contributing skills and knowledges (Kamat and et. al., 2019). My interpersonal skills
and communication skills were helped me to crack all examination which makes me lead
towards gaining maximum points. Other negative points which I have faced is very
critical situational in Decision making activity where particular group need to evaluate
their specific issue which occurs different sort of solutions in Stress interview, group
activity that creates complexity in overall aspect. For Example: A group assignment
assigned to our team in which each member were very better coordination skills and
produced good quality work to agreed on deadline but one of our two member cancelled
project in between in which the manging of task get disturbed and due to lack of support
and misconduct fo task planning not succeed in productive manner. Thus the overall time
planning of our team get failed and disappointed badly. Furthermore, I had been learnt in
evaluation round there is must to manage project or any complex situation on the basis
detailed analysation with positive and negative aspect , this could makes the task more
feasible and easy to approachable in effective source of manner to accomplish positive
outcomes in better way. I need to understand first about in all things are commence as
uncertain, this is up to from us that we can handle the situation as accordingly.
