The 6 processes of the interview process for the selections will go though the interview
questions to be asked by the managers. The questions will include the strengths and weaknesses
of the employees, the opinions of the previous employers about the concerned persons,
aspirations of the interviewee if he is a fresh candidate, justification of the gaps in employment
history in the CV and others (Stephenson-Fam et al.., 2015). The concerned interviewee will
have to answer how he would deal with the challenges at various stages of his employment
career. The challenges from both internal and external forces would lead him to build up the
positive character for his jobs and many more (Levashin et al., 2014).
BDI interview questions
Tell me about the incidents when you had to deal with several challenging and difficult
situations.
Tell me about a time when ou unintentionally did something wrong regarding your job
role and what strategies you used to fulfill that mistake.
Tell me about some unethical or forceful situations that was forced upon your previous
employer on you and you had to execute that on your team members.
SI interview questions
Why do you think you are the most credible person to be given the responsibility of this
job role? What strategies you will take when you take the charge?
What are the probable achievements that would help you to fulfill the ambitions and
aspirations in your professional life?
Can you highlight some events that had inspired you to become the person you are at this
very moment?
