My client is looking for onboard on various IT Risk analyst which is used for providing
support during complex risk transform program. The various successful candidate is looking for
speeding up the targeted IT risk and security which works with Agile Delivery Model (Dhaliwal
et al., 2014). IT analyst comes up with a large number of task like having a proper idea
regarding the business and technology requirements. Proper design and implementing of an
efficient IT system in an organization. Along with this, it requires feedback from various users
which is used for improving the system. It should be highly analytical and have an understanding
of the requirements of any business. This job role generally requires skills and problem-solving
ideas which are considered to be very important.

Anticipating requirements: Skilled IT analyst helps in having an idea regarding the fact
that how various things change in the current business (Thomas, & Hindman, 2015). Baseline
plans are considered to be an important part for various domains like modification and
anticipation of requirements which will be required in the upcoming future.
Safeguarding requirements: At the various phases of the life cycle of the project, IT
analyst generally safeguard the business and the requirements of the users by understanding the
functionality (Schultz et al., 2016). Safeguarding helps in reducing which is ensured by
analyzing all the requirements which are met before any kind of further investment in the project.
Importance of team skills, common work practices and values
IT analyst comes up some responsibility like Understanding the need of business,
possibilities in the system, presentation and speaking, elaboration of details of the project,
support to the implementation of the project, understanding the functional and non-functional
requirement and user acceptance testing (Dhaliwal et al., 2014). Apart from this, they are
involved in other domains like technical writing, decision making, and lastly problem-solving.

details. IT analyst need to have a proper communication with project consumers or stakeholders
along with business communication (Gwynne et al., 2016). Apart from this skill, IT analyst need
