INTRODUCTION
The modern era is of digital technology impacting hugely on business activities of any
organisation increasingly and effective. It is done through using internet, mobile and
telecommunication for operating business activities. The present report is based on
understanding significance of digital technology on business activities of “Cloudreach”. It is
private sector information technology service provider of UK providing telecommunication
services to a million people of the world. In this regard, several aspects of project management
have been described for task accomplishments. Similarly, data collection methods to identify
organisation's performance and generating several ideas for implementation will be introduced.
Moreover, various approaches used for project can be identified for research. Including this,
reflection on individual's ability for project is to be mentioned which affect personality and
professionalism. Therefore, all tools for project is to be understood on digital technology impact
on organisation's effectiveness.

are collected from the questioning. These kinds of data has been collected from personal survey.
