How to improve the quality of business
information
A good quality of information can give a clear idea of their performance to a business owner. It can
help them to maintain their company reputation, then they will be able to avoid financial loss. So it is
really important that the business has a good quality information. When a company has good
information then they can think how they can improve the information.
Accuracy
It’s really important that all the business have a good source of information. To improve the quality
of the information of NGM auto rental they have to make sure that all the information they have
provided for customers all of them are accurate. To make a business run successfully every single
organisation has to be sure that the information they provide it’s accurate. If any information is not
100% correct the business can loss the trust of their customer. For example, if the auto rental
company provide the wrong information about a car and the customer took the car with them but
they haven’t found any of the advantage that the car company said then the auto rental company
may lose their customers trust. The accuracy of factual information can help people to judge the
reliability of the NGM auto rental. Accuracy of information can also provide clues to possible bias in

As long as with accuracy and relevant the information has to be up to date. To improve the quality of
information the business owner has to be careful that the information is up to date. The NGM auto
rental should update their information all the time, if they keep the information up to date their
customers will be able to know that’s new things is coming to NGM auto rental. To improve this
information NGM can update their information at least once in a month and they can upload it to
their webpage so anyone can see the new information, they can send leaflet to their customer’s
houses to do that NGM can select some of the customers list from their database.

costumer, when organisations present the information to their costumers they should think again
about it, does it understandable to their customers? Is really important that the business information
is clear and is easy to understand to the customer. For example NG auto rental could improve this
section of information. To improve they can use their website and put a big title about the
information and make one option to website accessibility. They can use zoom text in their website
using this tool those people who has eyesight problem, they will be able to read and they will be able
to understand the topic. The information they provide it should be clearly presented and not too
long. It also needs to be communicated using an appropriate medium (e.g. email, printed report,
presentation. Businesses should also consider developing "templates" which are used consistently
thru the organisation, so that users get used to seeing information in a similar style.
