This report presents a research proposal and literature review on the impact of innovation and technology on Nestle. The research aims to identify how Nestle leverages innovation and technology to gain a competitive advantage. The proposal outlines the research objectives, questions, and rationale, emphasizing the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with an interpretivism philosophy. It details the research design, including a descriptive approach and an inductive approach, as well as data collection methods involving primary and secondary sources. The sampling strategy involves random probability sampling of 30 Nestle employees, and thematic analysis will be used for data analysis. The literature review explores the importance of innovation and technology for organizations, strategies for incorporation, and their impact, drawing on various scholarly sources to support the analysis. The conclusion highlights the need for organizations to understand the positive and negative impacts of innovation and technology to effectively manage their implementation.
