• Criminal law is a branch of law under the legal system which deal
with the offences of serious nature and crimes related with assault,
battery, robbery, murder, rape etc.
• To prosecute criminal who have committee an offence includes a
long process with inclusion of various authorities participating in it.
• The procedure starts with arresting the offenders and passing a
judgement over the crime and criminal by the court, keeping the
offenders under prison custody and end with releasing and
community services of such person.
