of encouraging them is due to work load and pressure staff are not able to perform task. Besides

encourage them with help of various techniques. In that they apply different leadership style to
engage staff in decision making. In addition, leader set a vision to them that where they have to
go. Through that, staff work in proper way. Along with it, leader communicate with them in
frequently to listen and solve their issues and problems.
It is stated that when employee are encouraged there is direct impact on their performance. This
means that there is positive affect on their productivity. Moreover, leaders are having capability
and ability to motivate staff. Also, it is analyzed that motivation leads to boost staff confidence.
