INTRODUCTION
Reflective statement is basically the complementary task that will discuss the process of
learning or doing something. The current report will outline the reflection on the group
presentation and new learning from that presentation. Further this report will also put focus on
areas of development that are related to academic and professional skills. At last this report will
indicate and develop an action plan to improve the lacking skills.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on the performance in group presentation
Group presentation is considered as an important part in the academic and business
projects and help the person to grow. While having the group presentation I have improved my
communication skills as previously my communication skill was so weak. The reflection can be
described by using the Gibbs Reflective Cycle as this framework used to examine the
experiences and allow the person to learn and plan the things well. In the first stage there is the
proper description of the experience (Li and et.al., 2020). As while having the group presentation
there were so many people who were involved which makes me to have better learning from that
module. The second stage is about the feelings and thoughts that are related with the experience.
The experience for this module learning was so great as this help me to enhance my knowledge
and skills. I have learnt about the things that are required in the group presentation like
projectors, presentations slides, etc. this makes the group presentation more successful in the
market. By this I have improved my leadership skills and communication skills as well. By this it
further helps me to know about that the complex things must be break down in the small tasks
and steps so proper outcome can be come. I have also improved my critical thinking skills as this
makes me have more research on the module on which the group presentation was conducted.

presentation that I make them know about the importance of conducting the group presentation.
This help me to have better communication with the other people who were the part of group
presentation. All praised me for my performance which shows I have done better as I was so
nervous about the some things while giving the presentation. It also helps other members to
enhance their knowledge while making them know about the importance of academic and other
skills in education and learning. The interesting part about the group presentation was that every
one in the presentation was asking about the doubts which makes me know that each one present
over there was very attentive. This was the great part and further I have also taken the feedback
of myself which also showed the positive result.
There were some weak points as that was my time management skills were not good
which somehow has also presentation. This has affected my schedule of giving the presentation
and thus it takes lots of time in order to complete the project. The information I have used was
basically taken from the internet which helped me a lot in order provide knowledge to the people
presented over there. As by this it used to have great impact on the organization skills as it is
very important to have the proper time management in the company or in any team. I really have
to do work on such as this will help me to have betterment and enhancement in my further
projects. As previously my research skills was also not good so but after having lot of reaserch
on the internet I have improved my skills and further have given better performance in the group
presentation (Markkanen and et.al., 2020). This was the great task done by our group and
everyone was happy to have and conduct such sessions as this helps to increase the knowledge
about the things from which they were unknown. This group presentation will help the staff of
organization to get proper motivation and engagement in their particular work. Further the
raining programs can also be conducted which helps the students to adopt the changes and have
better learning in their education. As working with the team or group is somehow challenging for
the people but I have the great experienced with my team members while conducting this
session. I have also learnt about some other things as well and further I was now aware about the
strengths and weakness of my team members. While completing the project it taught me to
present the effective presentation (Tanaka, Okamoto and Koide, 2018). Further I have also
learned about that providing the information is more important to have the knowledge itself only.
By learning this important fact and how to work with other members help to make the project
