engagement skills have been improved at the same time. She said that her strengths,
command among individuals also have been improved. Commitments towards organization
have also been improved from earlier. It also creates an alignment between personal and
organizational goals3.
Question-3
There are several challenges I have faced in aligning personal goals with professional goals.
These challenges are as follow:
There is a difference of opinions between both of my perspectives. My personal
perspectives aim at learning new and advanced concepts but organizational may not
be in a situation in adapting that technologies or knowledge.
There are times when I give priority to my personal goals but it may be a crucial time
of organization and organization wants their goals to be prioritized. This is also
considered to be a big challenge in alignment4.
According to my point of view teamwork can also results in a challenge for the
organization. Because through teamwork personal and professional relationships can
be developed. If informal relations sustain in organization goals of the organization
cannot be achieved because then we will not take the goals of the organization
seriously and we will start giving priority to their personal goals5.
