In this contemporary business environment changes are taking place in the business
entity and this needed improvement in the leadership and management skills as per
the nature of the alternation environment nature. Moreover, an organisation choose
change management in their business structure in order to be proactive and rather
than of reactive. Therefore, management and leadership skills need to altrerwed as
per the changing business trend in the service sector. Following presentation helps to
demonstrate and anlyse the change management in Four Season hotel. Moreover,
following report analyse the change management and approach of leadership and
management in respect to different secotre , hence following anlyse made
compaision between Emirates, Four Season Hotel and Sainsburry.

Comparison of different sector on the basis of
change management systems
Organisation are using Levin's Change Management Model which is
based on the three phases of the change management in organisation
which is discussed below-
Unfreeze- Unfreeze is the phase in change management in which business
have paused their present process of conducting operations in order to
analyse problem and understand about the what its employee need and
what type of modification in management style is needed.
Change- This is the phase is the process which consist main work of this
model. Here, business approve change. And adopts different
management style or any other change which is necessary for company to
grow.
