crossing these situation which are as follows -
1. Coaching - If leader or manager are working on new project or with new team members
then it is the responsibility of them for providing coaching or mentoring to the team
members so that they can work in an efficient and effective manner.
2. Supervisor – In an organisation, they play an important role as a supervisor. They
delegate the authority to every members and monitors or evaluates the performance of the

3. Organisational hierarchy – In Hyundai ,there are many level of hierarchy that is
followed by the company. It affects the decision of leader or business environment
because if hierarchy level is tall then will be no proper communication then employees
will be demotivated and will not work properly.
4. Organisational issues – In an organisation ,there are many no. Of issues like conflicts
between employer and employees ,employees and employees ,strike and lockouts etc. It
affects the decision of leaders and managers. For example – If manager has taken
decision related to the working of the employees. After some time ,employees announce
the strike then it affected the decision of the managers. Now managers have to take
decision according to the currently situation.
5. Organisation culture – It also affects the business environment. If in the company there
is good working environment and culture then workers will feel motivated and will do
work properly. Then in this situation ,manager don't need to waste his time on evaluating
the working on a regular basis. This saved time, manager can utilize it another activities.
So it affects the business environment and decision making of leaders and managers
(Expósito, And et.al., 2016).
6. Environmental factors – There are also other factors that affects the decision of leaders
and managers. Other factors like market situation ,competitors policies ,economy
situation , political factors. A manager have to take decision after considering these
factors.

According to this task ,it is concluded that leader and manager plays and important role in
surviving the organisation and it helps in increasing the efficiency of the organisation. Hyundai
has a department which name is operational department that helps in maintaining the good
quality of products and services and is able to satisfy the customers requirements and convert
them into loyal customers and there are many other factors that affects the business environment
like organisation policies ,cultures etc.
