Introduction
Management refers to the organization of internal and external workings of a company so
that the tasks can be performed within the set standards of the company. Leadership is
refers to as the potential of an individual to influence a group of people in order to make
them work towards a specific goal (Suyanto and et. al., 2019.). Leadership and
management are both inter related to each other as without leadership effective
management is not possible and vise a versa. In context to The Ned Hotel, the building of
the hotel has high architectural value. The building was abandoned eight years before it
was converted into the hotel by The Soho House and Sydell Group. The hotel as several
amenities that can provide best in class experience to its customers and have nine distinct
restaurants in the building.
