INTRODUCTION
Concept of operations and management is linked with the administration of various
different practices of an organisation for meeting determined goals and objectives. Manager and
leader are crucial players that is maintain operations of company. Through this the company can
use the resources efficiently and more effectively (Baboli and et. al., 2014). It includes
administration of human resources, financial processes, raw material etc. The purpose of this
report is to analyse the role and function of leader and manager as well as their interrelation of
Ford which is an multinational automate organisation. It will evolute different approaches of
leadership styles and elements which is influencing decision making procedure of firm.

and inspire the culture and organisation goals according which entire perform. Staffing: It is the duty of manger of company to select and staff the worker in a way that
company can utilise their skills and abilities in productive and effective manner. Leader
whereas keep the manager and staff motivated to work in right direction with particular

them to make maximum profits out of all operation which is made during implementation
