INTRODUCTION
In order to deal with different elements of the business, advance technology help to
develop marketing activities for increasing employment opportunity. Several people work
together in which one lead to all them (Cabral, Hanson and Reilly, 2016). With this
consideration, present report based on United Parcel Service which is the largest parcel service
providing in the whole areas of UK. However, recently company face many issues and problems
in term of leadership, management, etc. In respect to gain insight knowledge and information,
report covers different leadership styles. Furthermore, it involves ways through staff people
could be motivated to attain desired results. In addition to this, it also provides effectiveness to
work in a team to accomplish goals. It helps to develop make successful plan in UPS.

1.1 Documentation for recruiting and selecting a new employee in the UPS
The United Parcel service(UPS) requires recruiting one new manager to perform
effective activities for a staff in their organisation. The Human resource team in the UPS
organization needs to create a documentation for the section or recruitment procedure as
described below -
Recruitment approval Every hiring process requires an approval by the higher
authorities within the UPS. The department that needs a new member or employee sent
the relevant document and draft that includes the position description, education
requirement for the job position along with the skills required for the job role. The higher
authorities of United parcel services provides the approval by re-sending the draft and
forwarding it to the human resource department(Hamel and Ruben,2013).
Job position – The Untied parcel services requires mentioning the designation of the job
for which they need a new employee to be recruited. The description of designation also
consist the roles and responsibilities that the new employee needs to perform. The job
description is general designed and provided by the human resource department within an
organization such as UPS.
Advertising – The last step of documentation is to advertise the recruitment process in
order to attract huge number of talented and skilled employees looking for a job. The
