make a solid plan to recruit new staffs or employees for the company. First, the
organization needs to select the number of employees according to the demand of the
organization. After that, the whole procedure is initiated by the human resource
management of that selected organization. Here is the organization which is named as
UPS Company and this way it is followed. The procedure of recruiting new
employees for the company should have to be initiated in a well-mannered program
so that the UPS Company can avoid the loss of time and money in a direct way. The
