What are the passions driving your journey?
The passion of leadership drives my journey. There were five common practices of the
Exemplary leadership which I have learned in the journey which are leaders are the shining stars
which model the way they want. There were certain challenges which the leaders faced but they
are the challenges that take them and inspire others also to achieve the goals. There were many
courses in the administrator lifetimes which are overcoming by developing their leadership
skills. Ten questions were serving the great process of inquiry and those principles help in
analyzing the great wondering (Mulholland Jr, 2016).
To sustain the teacher leadership several skills were needed so through the chapters I
analyze my passion which helps me in driving my journey. I have also gone through with the
sustaining teacher leaders and about the role of the administrator which helps in building the
ongoing commitment and helps in improving the results of the students (Karagianni and Jude
Montgomery, 2018). A school becomes successful with effective teacher leadership which has
certain characteristics like decision making, shared vision, administrator, professional growth,
and focus on the achievement of the student and has a high level of professionalism.
I also have the vision of becoming the instructional leader which focuses on the learning
process of the child. I have studied more principals and leadership skills which help in driving
the journey of leadership and help me in analyzing how to inspire others, promote innovation,
maintain accountability and improve the other leadership abilities.
