INTRODUCTION
The human resource is considered as the most important function in any business organization. It is considered as the
essential component in any business sector. Human resource sector deals with the recruitment and selection of the
employees for the organisation. It consists the hiring of the new employees who are suitable for the organisation and
matches with the desired position required in the organisation. Later on the training is provided to the employees for
enhancing their personality and development in the work performance of the employees. Along with the human
resource department the leadership factor is also considered as the vital component in the operational work. The
leader is the one who is responsible for his team performance (Neal and Chartrand2011).The leader signifies its
group. The working with and leading people defines the leadership qualities and traits which helps in attiring the
attraction of others towards their leader. The way which leaders adopt to perform work with their leads to its group
effectively and the leader is the one who identifies their group .The leader must be a god motivator who must aim to
motivate their subordinates positively and leads to effectiveness in the work performance. The leader must identify
the basic requirements of the employees and focus on their needs for the effective motivation. The team is a gathering
of people together to achieve a single common goal. A team is consists of several members collectively. The team
targets on gaining a single purpose through collective efforts. Different people with various skills, attributes comes
under one unit for the operations. The team working is considered as an effective working in the organisation as it
leads to efficiency in the working and bring people different together for the working under the same platform and
saves the time in the operational work as several people gets engaged in performing a single task .It leads to achieve g

evaluates their working performance regularly and motivate them regarding their duties and the responsibilities. As
