also my responsibility to fix pay packages for the selected candidates as per their job. As
selecting the candidate is not enough, I have arranged the training session for them in order to
make them settled in the job.

effectively scrutinised each candidates resume in order to shortlisted the candidates. I have
interviewed the candidates and on the basis of their knowledge, skills and qualification that are

checked their interpersonal skills which are also essential for the working environment In the
whole selection process I have effectively manager the HR department which were working in
orderer to choose the best candidates so that they can be interviewed.
