et time to time. New employees or the young employees can easily adapt and upgrade their skills
with the change in the technology as they have a ling way to go.
ASDA should motivate their employees so that they can adapt to these changes. ASDA
should not make changes very fast as the existing employees will face various problems time to
time. These problem at starting may seem very small but as the time goes by these problems will
eventually become more and more bad for the organisation as they will see a lot of resignation.
To overcome these problems ASA have to continuously motivate their staff so that they can be
motivated more and more for doing the task more effectively and efficiently. They have to
conduct seminars and training session time to time and in an effective manner so that the
employees themselves get encouraged to participate with the training. ASDA should also recruit
some new talent so that the new members can have the required skills and knowledge for the
new required work. The new talent will be very effective and they can easily adapt to the
changes as they are very swift with the technology and the are very curious about the new
changes and they can also willingly participate in the training and the development section which
ASDA conducts.
SECTION B
Describe emergent approach to strategy and review it

many examples of their proper planning. In making a proper plan ASDA do research and
development for many months and days so that the out come of the plan be huge success. ASDA
make various strategies so that they can be at competitive advantage in respect with their
competitors. A company can only move forward or can gain market share if they have proper
strategy and a properly planned action. But there are various occasion in which the company
have to make unplanned strategies so that they can gain the first hand competitive advantage
over their competitors and can gain high market share . So the emergent approach to the
strategies means that they are the unplanned strategy. This strategy is just the emergency made
strategy so that they can easily adapt to the new changing world. This is a short term planning
and in this the teams or the members learn during the strategies are going on and they acquire
new skills in this process and they also acquire new knowledge as these emerges incrementally
