TASKS
1. Things that went well
This group project was a new and great learning experience for me. There are many experiences
that went well and brought new experiences. As the project started I was nervous but a strategy
that helped me to get better was working in group. I understood the concept of luxury brand
management in an easy format as I did not have to remember each and every line which was
much easier to understand rather than memorizing it. The group communicated well when the
things were required to be done and I took the responsibilities for my work in the team. Later on
we got the project checked before submitting and the teachers allowed to correct our mistakes in
the project through this we got to know about our mistakes regarding a particular topic. We
applied the techniques told and suggested by the teachers to improve our thinking and knowledge
about the project which allowed to boost the confidence of all the students in order to enhance
the performance. This allowed to manage the time of all the team members by learning and
implementing what exactly was required to do (Mogaji, 2021).
2. Things that did not go well
The things did not go well was time management when a time was scheduled for all the team
members to meet and submit their work but there was no coordination in the members and lack
of imbalance in the division of the work. The notes which were provided by a team member was
wrong and wasted our time. As all the people in the team were different and had unique nature
so, it slightly became difficult to manage all the team mates together. A team member loved
questioning with all team members which was sometimes a disturbing element in the project
making process. Despite of all the resources available some member were so lazy that they did
not want to work and do any sort of help in the project. That lead to so many issues like

miscommunication which was a dangerous factor for the whole team in which the members were
conflicting with each other which caused to delay the project (Otte, 2018).
3. Specific contributions to the group and impact on the report
In order to make the project a hit proper group of people were required in the team in time. A
team which was filled by motivation and enthusiasm. For the success of the project few
contributions are given to the group in order to make the project such as the SMART goals were
used while making the project which helped to keep the teams sorted with their work. SMART
goals allowed to face the smooth flow of the process (Chernev, 2020).
The deadline was decided which helped the whole team to allocate the available resources to
complete the project. The leader of the team was also decided so that all the members reported to
the leader about the work done. The roles and duties were also decided before starting the
project. The duties were divided as per the knowledge and skills of the team members. As we all
have not worked before so, the help was taken from the mentors regarding individual's abilities.
We all did the comprehensive planning for the completion of project from the beginning and we
all knew the direction in which we were to perform and helped each other to complete the project
before the deadline. Moreover, making project was not a easy task as various things and factors
are considered before taking any decision to save the time and efforts to make the project (Tinto,
2019).
4. The points learnt from working as a group
While making this project I got to learn so many things while working as a group which are as
follows-
We all were working together to make the project successful which brought the new
ideas from four people's team. This led to reach the new level of creativity by involving
four people in the project. We got the pool of ideas and the motivation to work which
was experienced by all of us.
Working in team allowed us to boost our morale as human being like to work with
people rather than working alone. Working in team provided a kind of power to perform
better with overall level of recognition and main feeling of belongingness .
