Managers are those people who are involved in every activity of ABC Company which
helps in attaining targets. The staff members of the business entity have to put more efforts
which aid in doing the management when company members facing so many obstacles (Doz,
2011). ABC Company is using flat structure which is not beneficial for them. In the corporation,
there is no level in the organisational structure so that they can execute the work properly.

TESCO etc. to recruit new graduates in the companies. ABC Company is facing so many
obstacles because the firm does not have experiences as well as specialised employees for this
work. Business entity has to adopt an appropriate process so that they can recruit best employees
