INTRODUCTION
Management is an important factor which helps carrying out the task effectively. Along
with this, it aids in accomplishing the task in a appropriate manner (Christopher and et. al.,

assignment is based on operational manager of ABC Company which is a recruitment business
entity. In this report, discussion upon analysis of interrelationship between different process as
well as functions of the corporate. Moreover, company members have to use SMART approach

Managers are those people who are involved in every activity of ABC Company which
helps in attaining targets. The staff members of the business entity have to put more efforts
which aid in doing the management when company members facing so many obstacles (Doz,
2011). ABC Company is using flat structure which is not beneficial for them. In the corporation,
there is no level in the organisational structure so that they can execute the work properly.
